Use this when a team needs its own FPF-grounded guide for a domain, organization, role context, or local practice, such as a hydroponic-cucumber framework, neural-network architecture framework, enterprise architecture-review framework, or Codex-process framework.
FPF helps you keep the FPF Core, domain principle framework, local practice framework, source pack, selected pattern set, relation records, edition dependencies, publication/access carriers, quality loop, and refresh route from collapsing into one all-in-one carrier, one callable route, or one useful checklist. This is the normal adoption path when a group wants FPF for its own field without turning local policy into a Core rule.
